EMS Leadership Masterclass SeriesThanks to some recent funding through the Office of Rural Health, we are currently offering EMS Leadership Masterclass Series: Being the Leader People Want to Follow and Creating a Thriving Sustainable Organization throughout June. This course is being taught by Lisa and Robbie of EMS Leadership Academy, and it kicked off this past Tuesday with an introduction and overview of the program’s core concepts. Additionally, we will host classes on the foundation of effective leadership, coaching: a leadership strategy for a high-performing organization, integrity, and accountability – building blocks of high performance and intentional design. I want to thank the 30 EMS providers who committed to being a part of the series. Health Insurance EnrollmentAs a result of our partnership with the Community Service Society of New York (CSS) through the “Reaching the 5%” uninsured outreach program, we have been conducting many outreach efforts throughout our catchment. We are working to ensure individuals in need of health insurance can utilize our services and contact our navigators.
