YMCA's Open Water and Boating Safety Training
SKSTNY delivered our Open Water and Boating Safety training to the Friendship School District’s swimming lesson class at the Olean Family YMCA. During this event, we educated children from kindergarten to 12th grade and provided 43 life jackets. Thanks to Safe Kids Worldwide and the US Coast Guard for providing funding to allow us to distribute these life jackets to those in need. Also, thank you to the Olean Family YMCA and the YMCA’s Aquatics Director, Ashly, for partnering with us on this training.
