CEO Update

View Donna's weekly program updates!

CEO Update, July 30, 2021

7/30/2021

F. T. and Anna C. Manley Trust

Picture
I would like to thank the F. T. and Anna C. Manley Trust for funding our ongoing Safe Kids Initiatives. I would like to thank Ron Sutton who represents the trust for stopping by in person to deliver the good news (and a check)! We look forward to bolstering our efforts as a result of this funding.
Last week, we hosted a Babysitting Course as a part of our Safe Kids Coalition. The babysitting course reviewed child care and development, health and nutrition, the business of babysitting and included a 2 year HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Following holding this course, we received an overwhelming response of individuals requesting another course. A second course is already schedule for Tuesday, August 24. To register to attend, please click here.

EVA SANE System

Picture
Through funding provided in by Connecting Communities in Action, EVA SANE MobileODT Systems were purchased and will be placed at for both Olean General Hospital and Jones Memorial Hospital for our Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner program. The portable and reliable EVA System enables the clinical team to focus on the patient while easily capturing forensic findings. We are excited to get these systems in place to allow for continued compassionate and trauma-informed care for the sexual assault survivors.
