EMT-B AcademyThe third cohort of the Southern Tier EMT-B Academy began this week. We have 16 students in Olean and Jamestown that will participate in the academy over the next five weeks. This program is funded by the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation (MCHF) to increase the number of certified EMS providers in our catchment. STHCS is pleased the MCHF has continued to fund this program, and we look forward to the students completing the course and becoming NYS-certified EMT-B. Give 716 STHCS is currently participating in Give 716. Give 716 is a collaborative effort between the Buffalo Bills Foundation and the Buffalo Sabres Foundation. The goal of Give 716 is simple, to unite Bills and Sabres fans with the Western New York community in an epic giving event. This event is currently occurring and will continue until tomorrow, July 16, at 7:16 a.m. If you can, please consider donating to STHCS to support our efforts to better the health and wellness of our rural community.
