Digital Facilitation Workshop Series Through the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York (HFWCNY) Fellows Action Network (FAN), Alicia and I participated in the first two workshops in a series on Digital Facilitation. This workshop series is working to build our skills and confidence in planning, facilitating, and participating in engaging virtual experiences. This workshop has been great so far, and I would like to thank the HFWCNY FAN for this training. We look forward to using the tools we learned to enhance our virtual education! Caregiver Navigation Report I previously reported that through funding from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation we have been able to work with Mary Beth Debus of Program Savvy Consulting, and Shari Rife of Ideas Realized to complete a community study on our Caregiver Navigation program. After several months of work, including interviews with key community members, focus groups, and a community survey, we now have a complete report on our Caregiver Navigation program that will guide our program in the future. Mary Beth and Shari were great to work with and we are very pleased with the process that we went through to get to this point.
