Moving Forward Together In partnership with CAReS, ACASA, Clarity Wellness Community, and the Cattaraugus County Department of Community Services, the WNY COVID-19 Community Response Fund has awarded CAReS funding for the “Moving Forward Together” initiative. This initiative will increase access to internet service in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties to allow individuals in treatment for Substance Use Disorder to access telehealth counseling services essential for their recovery. With the larger goal of enhancing access to other health services in our rural county via telehealth programs. We have been going through the interview process of potential candidates to be our Project Director. Catchafire Presentation I was honored to serve on a panel for a presentation on Catchafire to Group foundation sponsors. During the panel discussion, I shared how the services available through Catchafire had supported Southern Tier Health Care System, Inc. throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have completed over 20 Catchafire projects ranging from logo design and website redesign to grant proposal review and organizational narrative review. These volunteers have helped us continue to serve our mission, and we are thankful to them for their help, to Catchafire for a great platform, and the Ralph C.
