CEO Update, April 23, 2021

Blood Drive Celebration! 

On Wednesday, we hosted a celebration for one-year of ConnectLife blood drives being held at the STHCS Training Center. At this celebration, donors were able to place a leaf of the tree signifying their first donation at STHCS and will be able to add another leaf for each gallon donated. 

This partnership has been great over the past year and we look forward to continue to support the local blood supply and our rural residents!  

Audit Presented at Board Meeting

Our Board of Directors held its quarterly meeting Tuesday virtually and at this meeting, Ed Bysiek, CPA presented this year’s external fiscal audit to the Board. Ed submitted a clean opinion of our financial operations and reaffirmed STHCS’ strong financial position. I would like to thank Ed and Colleen Ross, our Bookkeeper, for their work on this.  
 
I would also like to thank each of our Board members for your participation and allowing us to continue to work toward our rural health mission.
