NYS Cancer Services Program
The CSP is a New York State cancer
screening program. We provide breast, cervical and colon (also called colorectal) cancer screenings and follow-up services at no cost to women and men who: • Live in New York State • Do not have health insurance • Have health insurance with a cost share that makes the cost of screening too high • Meet the program rules for age and income Check out their brochure! |

Alzheimer's Association of WNY
The Western New York Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association provides supports and information related to the specific challenges related to Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
The Alzheimer's Association offers resources such as the Alzheimer's Navigator. It helps guide Caregivers to answers by creating a personalized action plan and linking to information, support and local resources. They also offer a Caregiver Center that provides links to resources and training for caregivers. |
Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care
Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care provides care for a loved one with a serious illness and also provides support for families. A comprehensive range of medical, personal and emotional/spiritual services are offered.

Total Senior Care
Total Senior Care is a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Total Senior Care provides a wide array of services including: case management, physician, hospital, and nursing home care. The program is designed for adults 55 years old or older, who wish to live at home, but need assistance in order to remain independent.
Total Senior Care also offers Daybreak. DayBreak is a social program for adults who may need assistance with activities of daily living. DayBreak provides activities and socialization in a supervised and safe setting. Services include an individualized plan of care, socialization, assistance with personal care, therapeutic recreational activities and nutritious meals and snacks. Individuals attend on a planned basis, ranging from one to five days per week, either full or half days, depending on individual or caregiver needs. Daybreak is offered in Olean, Gowanda or Wellsville. For more information about these programs, contact Total Senior Care. |
