1115 Waiver – Screening & Navigation Services Now Available

I’m pleased to share that we are now offering screening and navigation services under the 1115 Waiver. This initiative allows us to help Medicaid members determine their eligibility for additional non-medical support services—like rental assistance, transportation, food access, and other community resources.

We’re inviting our partners to start referring Medicaid members who have a current CIN number to us for screening. It’s a simple, streamlined process, and we can help connect eligible individuals with services that support their overall well-being.
