CEO Update: June 20, 2025

Visit from NYS Department of Health – EMS Division

Last week, we were proud to host Drew Chesney and Bryan Goyette from the New York State Department of Health’s Division of Emergency Medical Services. Both Drew and Bryan serve as Unit Chiefs of Instructional Standards and Compliance. Their visit focused on our EMS education programs and included a thoughtful discussion about our ongoing efforts to strengthen training and workforce development across the region.

It was a pleasure to showcase our facility and the resources we’ve built to support and advance prehospital care in our rural communities. We sincerely thank Drew and Bryan for taking the time to visit and learn more about the work we’re doing here in the Southern Tier.

OGH Auxiliary Strawberry Festival

On Wednesday, members of our team took part in the Olean General Hospital Auxiliary’s annual Strawberry Festival. We joined the health fair portion of the event, where we had the chance to connect with community members and share information about the programs and services we offer—including details about our 1115 Waiver screening program for individuals who may benefit from additional community-based support services.
