Public Safety Telecommunicator

Defined by their ability to remain cool under pressure, their capacity to provide life-saving instructions to callers, and their dedication to ensuring that help arrives in a timely and effective manner, Public Safety Telecommunicators play a critical role in the chain of emergency medical care. They are the first point of contact in times of crisis. When individuals face life-threatening situations such as accidents, cardiac arrests, respiratory distress, or other medical emergencies, it's the emergency medical dispatcher who provides initial guidance and support.
