Treatment Programs
- Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program is for adults 18 and older requiring treatment for opioid addiction. Medications combined with therapy are evidence-based treatment options to sustain recovery.
- Alcohol and Opioid Detox Services provide a medically managed approach to alcohol and/or opioid withdrawal for adults 18 and older.
- Dual-Diagnosis Unit is a 21-day, 16-bed inpatient program for individuals 18 and older who are dually diagnosed with mental health and a substance use disorder.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a substance use program designed to provide a structed level of therapy and education to individuals who need a higher level of care than standard outpatient care, but does not meet criteria for inpatient care. Treatment
- Outpatient Clinic (Adolescents & Adults) Counselors work with clients on reaching their goals, they are interested in achieving treatment, utilizing a person-centered approach throughout the treatment process.
- Inpatient Program (Adolescents & Adults) 28-day program. Within the facility, there are 11 female beds and 16 male beds. Once detox treatment is complete, the client is then transported via warm handoff to a residential program or returns home and continues treatment in outpatient in their county of origin.

- Adventures in Recovery (AIR) is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) that is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and welcoming space for individuals to connect with peer support through adventure, wellness and exciting events.
- Peer Recovery Specialist is an individual who is living the recovery experience and has become trained and certified by New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) to help others.
