Over the past 48 hours a series of suspicious packages containing improvised explosive devices have been discovered at several locations across the U.S., including locations in Westchester County and New York City. Given these incidents, public safety personnel should remain vigilant and not touch, move, or handle any suspicious or unknown packages. There is potential for the discovery of additional confirmed and unconfirmed packages or devices. The following information is attached:

Infectious disease resource for EMS from the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response10/18/2018 Rockland County has recently experienced a measles outbreak with 7 confirmed cases and several more in the process of being tested. With this in mind, the Bureau is forwarding the resource for your local ambulance services and ALSFRs that could help with planning for EMS response to infectious disease patients including but not limited to measles and even flu.
