Leadership and Peer Support (LAPS)We are thrilled to have hosted the Leadership and Peer Support (LAPS) initiative as an add-on to our EMT-B Academy. This program is designed to enhance leadership skills and foster a supportive environment among our team members. LAPS shares the same goal as our academy: to build a stronger, more resilient workforce. We believe that empowering our students with these resources will improve their individual performance and strengthen our overall EMS workforce. Come Home, Stay HomeWe are excited to announce our participation in the film series "Come Home, Stay Home," created by Filmmaker Danny Bush in collaboration with Olean Business Development. This series aims to highlight the unique qualities of the Southern Tier and the employment opportunities it offers. As part of this project, we provided EMS-related footage, and Danny visited our building yesterday to capture scenes during the EMT-B academy.
