CEO Update: December 27, 2024

Intensive Crisis Center

Last week, I had the privilege of reconnecting with my incredible cohort, Team Beethoven, from the Health Leadership Fellows program, sponsored by the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York. 
During our time together, we had a great discussion about BestSelf's newest program, the BestResponse Intensive Crisis Center, which serves five counties, including our three. I’m looking forward to gaining a deeper understanding of the services they can provide in the Southern Tier. 
I’m deeply grateful to the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York for making this experience possible and for fostering leadership rooted in connection and purpose.

As we say goodbye to 2024 and get ready to welcome 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on all we’ve achieved together at STHCS this year. From expanding our programs to tackling the health challenges that matter most in our communities, the progress we’ve made has been nothing short of inspiring. I’m so proud of the impact we’ve had and the passion each of you brings to this work every day. 
As we move into the new year, let’s keep building on this momentum and working toward even greater success in 2025! 
A quick reminder: the STHCS office will be closed January 1 to celebrate the holiday. Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy New Year filled with health, happiness, and new opportunities. Let’s make it a great one!
