Welcome! to the website of Southern Tier Health Care System (STHCS).
Our organization is one of 35 rural health networks that operate in various rural areas across New York State. A rural health network is defined as "a formal organizational arrangement among rural health care providers (and possibly insurers and social service providers) that uses the resources of more than one existing organization and specifies the objectives and methods by which various collaborative functions are achieved." Southern Tier Health Care System is proud to be part of that system. STHCS is a not-for-profit network driven by 14 member organizations that are outlined in the Members section of our website. Additionally, we are the administrative agency for several programs and services that can be found by clicking on the Programs tab. Feel free to contact our staff at the office by clicking on the About Us tab. Thank you for visiting STHCS virtual office! Donna Kahm Chief Executive Officer |
